NJ is going wild for these cocktail ice pops

Ahhhhhh summer in New Jersey. The most beautiful shoreline in the whole country. And what better way to cool down on our awesome beaches and boardwalks than with a an adult ice pop, aka frozen cocktail.

This summer, I have discovered the perfect way to be an adult and acceptably eat an ice pop: While relaxing at a chic friend’s pool last summer, I stumbled upon these delicious cocktail ice pops and let me tell you, they’re amazing.

While there are many brands of these popsicles, and I’ve tasted a few, this is the one that friends and I keep buying and think are the best.

I’ve seen COOLOO have seen most around the beaches and at friends homes and I was intrigued. They have really authentic cocktail flavors, when a lot of other brands are too icy and watered down.

The trick is that they apparently have a secret formula that allows their pops to have a smoother more sorbet-like texture even when they’re frozen. You can even thaw them out and refreeze them and you won’t lose any flavor or the great smooth texture.

Their flavors are also the best and, from what I’ve tasted, really authentic.

They have a mai tai, a Cosmo, Paloma piña colada and Gin and tonic. And they make all of their frozen cocktails with real alcohol spirits—like vodka and rum—when a lot of other companies don’t. That’s what makes their ice pops taste just like the adult beverages you know and love.

And you don’t have to worry about your kids reaching into the freezer to grab one because they are very chic and adult looking, not all colorful and bubblegummy like other brands.
