🚨Tips from the public led police to an arrest

MEDFORD — Police are crediting the public for helping locate a man who exposed himself to a group of girls in April.

A Cherry Hill man was charged in the case of exposing their genitals to a group of girls during a youth soccer event at Bob Bende Park in Medford on April 12.

Police said the suspect arrived at the game and sat on a park bench near Field 1 with his penis "hanging out of his shorts."  He then walked to another bench where players were gathered and sat in the same way before leaving.

He filed a scouting report the next day about an upcoming opponent.

After Medford police posted surveillance photos of the suspect, tips from the public were consistent in identifying the man as Brian R. Epstein, 43, based on how he walked, the tracksuit he was wearing and the minivan he drove.

NJ Pen reports that Epstein was a girls' youth travel soccer coach in Marlton.
