Joan Rivers was trying to promote a new book in a CNN interview when things didn't go as planned. The interviewer relentlessly questioned her about people thinking she's 'mean', about politically incorrect things she's said, about whether some subjects were too dark to have been joked about, even about the fur coat she's worn.
