Jersey City Woman Hit By Stray Bullet [VIDEO]

Police say a Jersey City woman is recovering after she was wounded by a stray bullet while watching TV in bed.

Jersey City Police SWAT team enters a building seeking source of gunshot that injured a woman inside her home (WPIX TV)

Police Capt. Edgar Martinez tells the Jersey Journal the 26-year-old Columbia Park Place apartment resident is in stable condition.

Jersey City's SWAT team responded to the scene of Sunday's shooting. Officers raided a nearby building but did not make any arrests.
