We all know how it feels when we come home to our dog after a long day of work: they race to the door, tail wagging, to greet you with excitement because they’ve missed you so much, and they’re trying their best to wait patiently until you come back home to play with them.

Over the last few years, a lot of pups got used to constantly being around their human friends, and now with most of us returning out into the world more often than we have been, our furry friends are being left behind at home by themselves. Now that we’re back to commuting to work and working away from our home offices, we don’t have as much time to play with our furry friends. No more lunchtime walks around the park, no more playing ball in the backyard on a work break.

No matter how much we love our pets, after work, it's homework, dinner, bedtimes, chores, and more. Our pets just don’t get the amount of attention they got used to having, and that can cause them to act out in ways they haven't before: having accidents after you leave, having a hard time settling down when you're trying to go to bed, even chewing on your shoes, all because of separation anxiety and an overabundance of energy they aren’t able to expel during the day.

Dog daycare is a great way to let your pet socialize with other dogs, play until their exhausted, and get plenty of loving attention in a safe environment. Dogtopia is opening a location in Montgomery, New Jersey, with daycare, boarding and doggie spa services. Right now, their Founders special offers unlimited daycare starting at $89 per week for six weeks. It's the perfect time to give your dog a lifestyle upgrade and give yourself peace of mind that your four-legged fur baby is well cared for in a safe environment, all while becoming a good canine citizen.

Montgomery's Dogtopia is operated by Vishal and Kate, who share four human daughters, ages 16-21, and their rescue dog, Maggie. Vishal has worked in the technology industry for over 20 years, and Kate is a certified Life Coach, lifelong community volunteer, and unofficial Dog Whisperer. She trained her Golden Retriever, Dexter, to be a therapy dog and regularly visited a school for Autistic children with him.

Through Dogtopia, they are partnering with local veterinarians to offer vaccine clinics for their pet parents and the community and offering a pre-screened pup from a local shelter complimentary daycare and services, which hopefully will help find that forever home. They are even working to raise enough money to sponsor a service dog for a local veteran in need.

At Dogtopia, their vision is to enhance the joy of dog parenthood, and to enable dogs to positively change the world.
