Dennis on Kathy Griffin — ‘This whole episode is one giant clusterf—!’

This whole Kathy Griffin episode is one giant cluster f--!

First the beheading photo shoot. Then the ugly, insincere apology, then the CNN firing and gig cancellations. How hypocritical!

She only works at CNN one day a year! What the CNN anchors, reporters and guests try to do to President Trump on a daily basis is far more heinous. The all-out assault on Trump from all major mainstream media outlets is relentless and borders on treasonous.

I have never liked Donald Trump's persona. Not when he was a cocky playboy millionaire. Not when he was an angry, unfocused, uninformed presidential candidate.

But in the end, I voted for him to prevent the usual inside crowd, big government phonies from continuing to control our destiny.

With this guy at least we have a shot of busting up the cartel of bureaucratic, power-hungry, freedom stealing, over-taxing hypocrites that have dominated politics for far too long. So far, aside from the sometimes inane tweeting, he's doing just fine.

Back to Kathy Griffin. She's not funny. However humor is subjective, so to me she is not funny.

Some people do find her funny and do agree with her hatred of President Trump. Let them have the opportunity to buy tickets to her show. I'm sure they still would even after the photo shoot scandal.

Remember Andrew Dice Clay? Plenty of people thought he was vile and offensive. He sold out stadiums until he didn't anymore. People grew tired of the act and he faded away.

The same people who fired her from TV, canceled her show and her endorsement, probably found the severed head shoot to be just fine. But to the public, they have to maintain an air of decency and take action.

Let the free market decide! I'd rather see her dying career die a little more slowly from her content than the hypocritical cancellations of her future appearances.
