Bolero Snort’s Frozen Pasture: NJ Craft Beer Review Ep. 5

Does a great brewery need it's own facility and tasting room to make great beer? Absolutely not and Bolero Snort Brewery proves just that.

Known as "gypsy brewers" the guys at Bolero Snort brew their beer at different host locations around the great Garden State. And if you think it makes it harder to find their stuff, with constant canning and great self distribution it's pretty easy to find and enjoy their great beers.

This week we checked out their Frozen Pasture. An un-spiced winter warmer that drinks somewhat like an old fashioned cocktail, malty sweetness with hints of maraschino cherries and orange peel. Coming in at 8.5% ABV it warmed us up with each and every sip.
