Bill Doyle has been officially diagnosed with Sleep Apnea

So, I heard from my ENT’s office today; they got the results back from my sleep test and, as expected, I have moderate sleep apnea. I’ve probably had it all my life. The next step they recommended was to use an “automatic CPAP” machine which, I understand, supplies varying levels of forced air through my airway, adjusting to position and pressure. As with almost all medical decisions, the ultimate determination will be made by my insurance company.

Considering all the glowing stories listeners have told me, I’m pretty optimistic that this machine will have a positive impact on my life. At the very least, it should get my wife to stop punching me to get me to stop snoring. I’ll let you know when i get the machine.
