Spring is here again and with it comes warmer weather and the release of 2016 Dandelion Wine at Bellview Winery! On April 8th and 9th, flights of past Dandelion vintages will be available so you can experience the aging process of this complex and flavorful wine. Floral, herbal, and sweet, our Dandelion Wine is perfect for dessert now… or ten years from now. We will also have vineyard tours running throughout the day. Flights of Dandelion Wine are $5. The Walk & 5K returns to the boards of Asbury Park with an exciting after-party inside the legendary Convention Hall! This year's Spring event will be an EGG & VEGGIE HUNT! Come to the Barnyard on (rain date 4/9) or 15th between the hours of 10 am - 4 pm for a hayride (last hayride leaves at 3 pm), visit with our Barnyard animals and participate in an egg and veggie (our first one) hunt! Also available will be barrel train rides, egg decorating stations, the Easter Bunny and of course an Ag Education Station! Cost is $10/child and $5/adult. Living History Weekend at the Abraham Staats House to Commemorate the Battle of Bound Brook April 13, 1777. Join us for an exciting and historic weekend! The two-day program explores the American Revolutionary War during the timeframe of the Battle of Bound Brook and the American army's use of Middlebrook in the years 1777 – 1779. Learn about and experience this important period in New Jersey's and America's history. Weekend activities include: Marching, Drilling and Street Battle Reenactments in Bound Brook and South Bound Brook, featuring American and British units portraying the soldiers of the American Revolution. 18th century Soldiers' Encampment on the grounds of the Abraham Staats House, 17 von Steuben Lane, South Bound Brook, 08880.
