An Asteroid Missed Earth Last Night

Last night an asteroid the size of three football fields did not, I repeat did not, hit planet earth. The fact you're alive to read this is confirmation. They said it came about 8.8 lunar distances from striking us.

885 feet in diameter and traveling at 27,000 mph. Imagine the devastation. For a smaller taste of it, remember in 2012 when a much smaller asteroid unexpectedly exploded over Chelyabinsk, Russia? It looked like the end of the world with the sky glowing in sci-fi craziness and damage to thousands of buildings with injuries of over a thousand people from falling glass.
