Over 60,000 people are expected at Monmouth Park this Sunday to see Triple Crown winner American Pharoah race in the Haskell Invitational. With American Pharoah becoming the first horse to win the Triple Crown in 37 years, the attention on the New Jersey horse racing event is at an all-time high.

I caught up with Victor Espinoza, the jockey for American Pharoah, on Friday afternoon. We talked about his future plans and his thoughts about racing in New Jersey for only the second time, as well as how it felt to be a part of a historic event that a lot of horse racing fans thought they'd never see happen again.

Listen to my interview with Victor Espinoza below.
