The Soprano's prequel The Many Saints of Newark premieres this Friday in theatres and on HBO Max.

The series, which ran from 1999-2007 put international focus on New Jersey once again. Maybe not for all the reasons we would like, but it was a TV show. A show loosely based on a real-life Garden State "crime family."

Another huge TV series that aired around that same time period which also may have shone a light on a less flattering part of the population here, was Jersey Shore.

Whether it's ugly or positive, New Jersey has produced some great entertainment and some great entertainers going way back. So, we asked our listeners for their thoughts on the best TV shows, movies or entertainers who've come out of New Jersey.
