This four-day weekend event, a scaled-down version of our annual eight-day June restaurant week, offers your choice of appetizer, entree, and dessert for $35 per person. No tickets are required.

Step back in time for a lovely autumn evening on Saturday, November 4th, when the Friends of Historic Cold Spring Village host the annual Candlelight Walk from 6 - 8 pm. Luminaries will line the paths and guide you to several of the Village's restored historic buildings where wine, beer and a variety of light fare will be served. Guests will also enjoy desserts, live musical entertainment and hot beverages at the Village Pavilion. A special holiday sale at the Country Store will feature heritage wares, books and a wide variety of historical toys.

This race is a 5-kilometer (3.1 miles) run/walk over the 9th Street Bridge which starts in Ocean City and ends in Somers Point. Pre-register on our website. Day of registration is accepted and begins at 7 am. The Run/Walk begins at 8 am at the Ocean City Transportation Center.

CUMBERLAND COUNTY


Held off-site the first weekend in November, this sit down dinner has oysters every which way plus a full array of landlubber fare. Evening events feature a live silent auction, the Best of the Bay, and great fellowship over a Jersey Fresh harvest extravaganza. This is Bayshore Center at Bivalve's largest fund raiser and a great opportunity to get an update on the programs presented throughout the season.

Join a Cora Hartshorn Naturalist from 6:30 - 8 pm for a guided hike through our beautiful woodlands to discover how the forest prepares for winter. The Arts Council of Princeton and the Princeton Shopping Center present its annual Day of the Dead celebration from 3 - 5 pm. This is one of the largest single day arts and crafts show in South Jersey. This one day, indoor event will showcase hundreds of handmade items just in time for your Holiday shopping needs. Visitors will find everything from wreaths, candles, snowmen, reindeer art, pottery, decorated holiday trees, jewelry, gift boxes, quilts, wood working angels and so much more. 9 am - 4 pm. In addition to the handmade crafts, there will be Home Party Plans, direct sales vendors, home products and services, great food, bake goods and give a ways all day. Over 80 vendor booth spaces and free shopping bags available at the main entrance. Parking is free and admission is free with a donation of can goods for the WPUMC Food Pantry or $2 donation. All in the Timing is a collection of six one-act plays by David Ives. Each comedic short deals with relationships and the role that timing plays in their success or demise. The Passaic County Historical Society will be presenting its annual Wine and Cheese Preview of the Lambert Castle Holiday Boutique. Enjoy a sneak peek at this year's assortment of festive holiday gifts, jewelry, seasonal decorations, crafts, collectibles and gourmet food in the historic atmosphere and ambiance of Lambert Castle. Admission to Preview Night is $15, which includes two return visits. Free wine and snacks provided while supplies last. Children under 12 years are admitted free of charge. No child strollers or carriages are permitted inside the Castle. Visa and Mastercard are accepted for purchases. All proceeds from this fundraiser benefit the Passaic County Historical Society.

SOMERSET COUNTY


Men of Charity will host their 9th annual NJ Microbrew night at St. James on Nov 4th at 6:30. This year's event has 16 great NJ craft brewers, who will serve over 35 specialty craft beers. New brewers to our event include 2nd Act Beer from Dover, Demented Brewing Co. from Middlesex, and Lone Eagle Brewing from Flemington. Returning brewers include 902, Alementary, Beach Haus, Cricket Hill, Czig Meister, Flounder, High Point (Ramstein), Hunterdon, Jersey Girl, Man Skirt, Stirling Hotel, Trap Rock, and Twin Elephant. Oktoberfest dinner, appetizers, wine and beverages will also be served. There will also be a basket raffle and music.

The Center for Contemporary Art in Bedminster is hosting its annual fall fundraiser on Friday, November 3rd from 7 – 10 pm. Good Libations: A Benefit for The Center will offer a walk-around tasting of some of New Jersey's best craft beer, distilled spirits and fine wine all within the setting of fine art galleries and professional art studios. The price of admission includes a sampling from each vendor, hors d'oeuvres from Metropolitan Seafood, raffles, live jazz and more.
