Cumberland County Prosecutor Jennifer Webb-McRae said Thursday that authorities believe the remains of 23-year-old Sapphire Wiggins could be somewhere in the county.

Authorities say Wiggins and her boyfriend, Kevin Shelton, got in an argument in October. The 50-year-old called a family member the next day to say he had done something bad and was going to jail for a long time.

Shelton then hanged himself inside the Runnemede apartment he shared with his wife and children.

Authorities are focusing their search in Hopewell Township because Shelton grew up in that area.

Webb-McRae is asking for the public's help in finding Wiggins' remains to bring closure to the family.
