Wind could pose problems as New Jersey enjoys an early taste of spring Thursday.

The National Weather Service has issued a wind advisory from noon until 8 p.m. for Passaic, Hudson, Bergen, Essex, and Union counties.
Forecasters say southwest winds of 15 to 25 mph could gust up to 45 mph.
Those winds could down tree limbs and power lines.
Temperatures across New Jersey could reach 70 degrees Thursday.
