Who is he? Body found floating in Arthur Kill in Carteret
CARTERET — The body of a man was pulled from under a pier in the Arthur Kill on Tuesday night.
Middlesex County Prosecutor Andrew Carey said a passerby called Carteret police around 6 p.m. about a body floating in the water between Staten Island and New Jersey.
The body has not been identified, according to Carey. The man was wearing blue pants, a blue jacket and black sneakers. He is described as a middle-aged white man with brown hair standing between 5 feet, 9 inches, and 6 feet, and weighing between 200 and 250 pounds.
