Big Joe Henry Is Still Going Strong with His Wellness Journey After Six Months. Here’s Why.
I first started talking with you about my wellness and weight loss journey back in March.
You may remember I have tried so many diets, including meal plans and liquid diets that put me in the hospital. I have counted points. I counted carbs. I have been on seaweed, grapefruit, and other “miracle” diet plans.
Now, I'm working with Jersey Weight Loss Clinic to lose weight with semaglutide weekly injections. I have a significant amount of weight to lose, but I've made progress and I'm still happy continuing into my seventh month and beyond with Al and Mel. If you've ever tried to lose more than a few pounds, you know sticking with the diet and making it a lifestyle instead of a quick fix can be a huge challenge. Here are a few things that really help:
- Semaglutide makes you feel full faster and reduces that "food noise" that can make snacking or slipping really easy to do.
- Al and Mel at Jersey Weight Loss Clinic offer support based on your personal needs. They can customize a plan just for you, providing nutrition support, meal plans, and more. If you have a problem, all you have to do is pick up the phone.
- You know where your medicine is coming from. So many online outfits have popped up offering compounded semaglutide, other weight loss drugs, or similar medications, and it can be hard to distinguish who is behind those efforts.
I remember sitting down with Al and Mel this spring — and now people compliment me on my progress because they can see the difference. Al and Mel answered all my questions directly and were informative, compassionate, and enthusiastic. I was extremely impressed.
If you’re like me and have been struggling with your weight, I suggest you sit down with Al or Mel, ask your questions, check out their plans. I’m sure you’ll be as enthusiastic as I am to start your weight loss journey.
