The court battle has begun over whether 13 year old Sydney and her sister Kaitlyn should be allowed back in St. Theresa's school. It seems they were rejected because their father Scott sued over Sydney not being allowed to play on the boys basketball team, but on Monday, Margaret Dames, superintendent of schools for the archdiocese, denied that. Either way, it's time for both sides to move on.

What's the point of putting those girls in a place where they are not wanted? Wouldn't Sydney and Kaitlyn be better off in a school where they are welcomed? A school where Sydney could actually play on the basketball team without any hassle? I get that St. Theresa's is all they know, but now it's time to get to know other places and make new friends. They'll always have their memories. Let's stop this now so that the good ones can still remain.
