People are afraid of many different things. Nomophobia is the fear of being away from your cell phone. Arachnophobia is a fear of spiders. But what about condiments? Could anyone possibly be afraid of something so harmless? Yup! Check out this video of a 25-year old woman who is deathly afraid of seeing or touching mayonnaise.

Yes, really. I wouldn't consider it my favorite condiment by a long shot but I'm certainly not afraid of it. Perhaps my favorite part of this video is when she learns to overcome her fear. After she had shared her dark memories of when her mother chased her around with a bottle of mayonnaise, bravery prevails.

What would you call this? Mayophobia? Hellman's Syndrome? I could never imagine being this afraid of anything so harmless. I don't necessarily freak out like this girl, but when I see sea food and I get nauseous. I'm not afraid of it by any means. I just don't like it. Even shrimp or clams or lobster.

What is your biggest phobia? Is it something common like being afraid of the dark or fear of flying? Or is it something original that your friends and family think you're crazy for? Share your story in the comment section below.
