This guy’s Mets ‘World Champs 2015′ tattoo was probably not the smartest thing to do

This was the first year the Mets were in the World Series since 2000. The last nine seasons have been filled with disappointment, and the surprise second half that led them to the Fall Classic left made fans ecstatic. If I was a Met fan, I'd be extremely nervous, but so excited about my favorite team potentially winning a world championship for the first time since 1986. One Met fan was all of those things, but also extremely confident.

Josh Davis (@JDeezal on Twitter) took it to the next level. While the World Series was still going on, he got a tattoo proclaiming his New York Mets as the 'World Champs.' As I'm sure you are aware, the Mets are indeed NOT the 2015 World Champs. They lost the series in 5 games.

I love the dedication. Maybe he'll get lucky and the Mets will win it next year and he can simply change the 5 to a 6.
