It all started with a recipe from Marcella Hazan, perhaps the best chef for Italian food around. I mostly followed her recipe.

Bolognese is a thick meat sauce that is made with milk, butter and wine and a lot of meat. You know, me, I never measure (which is why I'm not a baker) and just eyeball the amount of ingredients I'll need.
