New Jersey is one of the top 10 smallest states in the country. But luckily for us, that means we don't have to travel too far to make it to our favorite hidden gems.

From waterfront views to historic places, there's something for everyone to enjoy here in New Jersey.

New Jersey 101.5 took to Facebook and asked for input on the best go-to spots that make the Garden State so unique. It was tough to narrow the list down with almost 300 comments.

Some followers kept their thoughts to themselves, with one saying "we're crowded enough."

These are 12 best NJ companies to work for

Forbes has issued its list of Best Employers By State 2024, put together with market research firm Statista. Employees were surveyed about their own companies of 500 or more, plus places worked recently. Five of the top 15 additionally have headquarters in NJ.
