Four people inside a stolen car that was involved in a crash on the northbound Parkway just north of exit 135 were taken into custody by Clark police after they fled on foot.

Plainfield Mayor Adrian Mapp, who is Black, has listened to the secretly recorded tapes that purport to catch racist and sexist comments made by Clark Mayor Sal Bonaccorso. Mapp calls it "reprehensible" and says Bonaccorso should resign.
Since the Friday incident at Arthur L. Johnson High School, the 16-year-old had remained in custody, pending a detention hearing, according to Clark police and township officials.
