Help Eric Scott Spread the Word: A Clinical Trial on Triple-Negative Breast Cancer Is Enrolling
As someone who lost his mother to breast cancer, I understand the pain and uncertainty the disease can cause. I understand many families want to make sure they understand all the treatment options, including recent research and clinical trials.
That's why I'm helping to spread the word about a clinical trial that is currently enrolling. It's designed for women living with triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) who have exhausted standard treatment options.
The study — NCT07311993 — focuses on an investigational radiopharmaceutical called CLR 125. CLR 125 delivers Auger-emitting radiation directly to tumor cells while minimizing exposure to nearby healthy tissue. Patients are receiving this treatment at multiple sites throughout the United States, but Cellectar Biosciences is conducting this study at United Theranostics in Princeton.
You may qualify if you:
- Have confirmed TNBC (ER/PR less than 10% each, HER-2 negative)
- Are 18 years of age or older
- Have progressed after at least one prior standard therapy, which may include chemotherapy, immunotherapy, sacituzumab govitecan-hziy, or trastuzumab deruxtecan
- It's important to note that this is a research study. CLR 125 is an investigational drug and has not been approved by the FDA. Participation is voluntary, and eligibility will be determined by the study team. All participants must provide written informed consent prior to any study procedures.
