Yes, it's an ongoing discussion in our home about sauce versus gravy. For me, it's gravy because that's what my grandmother called it. There's brown gravy for beef and gravy for chicken and turkey. So for me, it's obvious that red gravy or tomato gravy is what's appropriate for pasta. But whatever you call it, it's simple to make.
