Spadea comes to the defense of the TSA

It's good to be back.

Thanks to the new TSA security measures, the bags on the plane from London to Newark had to be re-screened.  The origin was a city just north of Mumbia, Ahmedabad.

Our flight was delayed more than 4 hours, most of which was spent in the seat on the plane. My take was the pilot was more than happy to blame the US procedures, as if it was just out of the blue to inconvenience passengers.

The staff on Air India were great and they did come through with free drinks.  I also caught up on some bad TV.  Arriving in Newark as one of the few Americans on the plane, we were through customs in record time.

In all, great trip.  Good to be home.  Keep up the vigilant work TSA.
