Dennis and Dena Blizzard (filling in for Judi) were discussing the case of a Middle Twp. mother who had vehicular homicide charges brought against her for using a cellphone in an accident last year that killed her daughter.

Kristen Williams is also being charged with child endangerment and causing death while violating safety laws.

According to reports, Williams was on the phone when her pickup hit a utility pole and a tree. Williams' 11-year-old daughter was ejected from the vehicle and later died from her injuries.

Dennis feels that while what she did was irresponsible, putting this mother in jail after losing her child, is just too harsh. The woman lost her daughter and that is something she will have to live with for the rest of her life. Does she really need to be in jail for it also? Dena agreed, saying that sending her to jail is not going to do be anywhere near the punishment that she's already suffering with, knowing that she is the cause of her child's death.
