Researchers have identified one component that is consistent for people who are very satisfied sexually. Seventy-five percent of sexually satisfied men and 74% of satisfied women say, “I love you” during sex.

Apparently, that simple phrase is a difference maker. It also recommends some common sense steps you can take to improve your sex life, like telling your partner what they want you to do or praising them for something they did well. Over 39,000 people took part in the online survey.
