North Jersey man caught on camera doing who knows what

A video was posted to Reddit that you need to see to believe. A man on a public street in Morristown is caught on camera doing, well, no one seems to know WHAT he is doing. Check out the video below.

The hat suggests 'space alien,' but the extensions on his hands say 'Freddie Krueger.' And how about the thing he sticks in his mouth. It looks to be a just a piece of paper, but I doubt it’s anything that simple. After he gets his outfit settled it appears he starts to dance or attack or run in place or flap or something. Unfortunately, he disappears behind some foliage so you can’t tell what the next stage of his performance is, and you can’t see where he’s going.
