Magnify’s Vine Shine IPA: NJ Craft Beer Review Ep. 3
Touting qualities of both West coast IPAs (strong hop presence with notes of pine and grapefruit) and East coast IPAs (more malt and less bitterness) plus coming in at 6.5% ABV, this was a very balanced and drinkable IPA. The dry finish stood out for me the most on this one leaving a slightly bitter yet very pleasant orange peel taste that lingered for quite some time.
Like Kylie points out in the video this would be a great introductory IPA for someone who's never tried this style.
Magnify self distributes and they are pretty easy to find on tap around NJ. Also for a relatively young brewery to already be canning is a great sign for their increasing availability. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw this 4pk at my local liquor store.
Go out and give them a try. Cheers!
