NJ's business model lags behind a majority of the country's but has been on the upswing over the past few years. While the business outlook in NJ started to look more positive, John Boyd cautioned that if a millionaire's tax ever got passed in the Garden State if would prove to be extremely detrimental.  Here Boyd's explanation and his opinion on the future of small business in NJ with the audio below.
