Jeff Deminski reveals the real reason he wasn’t on the air Monday

The official story of why I'm not on air today is believable enough. The blizzard, the cancelled Bruce Springsteen concert being rescheduled for Monday night, my status as a Bruce fan. Who wouldn't buy it, right?

But the truth is I had a frightening mutation happen over Easter weekend. I wasn't feeling quite right Saturday night. When I woke in the morning the first thing I noticed was the feeling that there was something different about my nose. I also woke with an undeniable craving for carrots. I hopped out of bed, literally, and made it to the bathroom. This is what I saw in the mirror.

I'm trying to find a specialist that is covered under my insurance. Hopefully I'll be in tomorrow.
