My apologies to all the Syrian and Lebanese grandmas and great cooks. I am about to demonstrate my version of tabbouli or tabbouleh. Just like many Italian dishes have been modified to American tastes and just like Americans like to add extra stuff, that's what happened here. BUT everyone I've ever served this to, absolutely loves it. I've added some extra stuff, but it's all still in the Mediterranean genre. It might be more of a summer dish, but if you don't mind all the prep time, give it a shot. Enjoy!
