Here’s why you can score a pretty wife

There's an old 60's song by Jimmy Soul that goes "if you want to be happy for the rest of your life, never make a pretty woman your wife, so from my personal point of view, get an ugly girl to marry you." Soul sings that a pretty woman will cause her husbands downfall, while an ugly woman will give you peace of mind. That was then, this is now.

New research from Florida State says new relationships work out better when women are paired with less attractive men. After analyzing newlyweds, they found that woman with less attractive partners were happier while those with more attractive husbands were more prone to diet and exercising, and not as happy. They did not measure the grateful factor among those guys who as they say "out kicked their coverage". Think of this next time a woman comes up to you at a bar!
