Help a listener return lost dog tags

Jim had mentioned this story on air throughout the morning. A listener had sent this photo in and is looking for some assistance in returning a lost item to its rightful owner. Here is the note from a listener named Dan :

As a long time listener and fan of your program I appreciate the fact that you are a staunch supporter of our men & women in the military. I used to live in Greenpond N.J., and while diving one day in the lake I found a Dog Tag embedded in the muddy bottom. The inscription is for a William D. Stevick, and it lists his blood type and the fact that he is Catholic. I searched locally for anyone with that name as well as purchasing an on-line service that locates people around the country, to no avail. It may seem trivial but I believe that he would appreciate the return of this proud piece of military I.D. I was wondering if you would possibly assist me in my effort
