Tornado in Toms River? Hail storms bring down trees, power lines across NJ

Fierce thunderstorms battered South Jersey and the shore on Tuesday afternoon with hail and wind gusts of more than 70 mph.

Several people shared videos of the menacing weather, including a rotating cloud over Manasquan and a water spout off the shore of Asbury Park.
