Dennis — NJ Weedman case is a ‘miscarriage of justice’

It seems to be happening in slow motion in right in front of our eyes and no one can do anything about it.

Ed "NJ Weedman" Forchion has been denied release even though he has been kept locked up for more than 180 days. He heard about his most recent unfortunate judicial setback when he called into our show today.

A Mercer County judge ruled on Wednesday that since he filed three pre-trial motions, all amounting to 67 days, now he cannot be released until at least Nov. 6. He's been held for well over six months in what seems to be an unfounded, vindictive incarceration. He is willing to represent himself, but several experienced attorneys have volunteered to plead his case.

Should it ever go to trial, Weedman and his lawyers are confident he will be vindicated or it will be dismissed.
