The Boy Scouts of America have announced they will be allowing girls to become cubs scouts next year and a program for older girls will begin in 2019.

The Girl Scouts USA are not all that happy about it, claiming the move is motivated by the need to boost revenue.

Dena Blizzard was filling in for Judi today and we were discussing the issue when the conversation took a detour. Dena stated that "at the highest level of business, there is inequality," and shared personal experiences where she was the only women speaking at business conferences.

On the other hand, I stated that if their is inequality in business, it's "self imposed." To back up my logic, here is an article by Forbes discussing how the gender wage gap is a myth, as well as a study published by PragerU.

Is their a right answer to the gender wage gap debate? Let us know your thoughts!
