Paschke along with Amanda MacDowell, 25, of Marlborough Massachusetts, Jaclyn Nugent, 26, of Boston Massachusetts, and David James Sacco, 28 also from Boston are all charged with with simple assault and disorderly conduct.  They will face a court appearance at East Rutherford Municipal Court.

The video of Jets fan Kurt Paschke punching a woman in a Patriots jersey in the face at Met Life Stadium this past Sunday has gone viral.

State Police say MacDowell, Nugent and Sacco were all seen kicking and punching Paschke in the body and head.  Paschke then struck Nugent with a punch to the face;  Sacco was then observed striking Paschke in the face.

Paschke claims he was defending himself.  In the video the woman can seen clearly seen charging at Paschke before being hit with a right cross that snapped her head back.

Thr four have also been banned from all events at Metlife Stadium. The team said it has "zero tolerance for this behavior," which it says violates its "Fan Code of Conduct." The four will be allowed to apply for readmission privileges once the legal process has run its course, but will have to meet certain conditions. Paschke is a Jets season ticket holder and has a mini-bus decked out in Jets green.

This is not Paschke’s first brush with the law. He served almost four years in prison after being convicted in 1992 of criminally negligent homicide stemming from a stabbing death of a teenager in Long Island. Paschke was 17 at the time. According to prosecutors, in 2007 he was arrested for damaging a woman’s cell phone and in 2011 he was busted for selling alcohol to a minor.

In published reports, Paschke’s parents are defending him saying he never meant to hurt anyone, but they say, he was put in a very difficult position of having to defend himself.
