Bruce performs “Take it Easy” tribute to Glen Frey

Monday night, Joe V. and I were mourning the death of Glenn Frey. We wondered which Frey song Bruce would cover on his “River” tour, which we are both going to. Later that night, I posed the question on my show.

We came to the conclusion that it would be “Take it Easy,” even though it was written by Jackson Brown. Lo and behold, the Boss performed the Eagles classic Tuesday night at the United Center in Chicago.
