Bizzare Photo of Squirrels Hanging off Fence in Linden – Is This Animal Cruelty?

The attached photo is from the fence of a Linden man that was charged with animal cruelty.Richard Baird was having problems with squirrels and after numerous attempts to get rid of them, spread peanut butter on a tree and shot them with a bb gun.

Police found six squirrels hanging off the fence and a few more lyiing on the ground.
