Belmar waitress stiffed on a tip; Spadea’s got a better idea

A Belmar waitress, Jess Jones was recently stiffed on a bill that exceeded $100.   Not only was Jones stiffed on the tip, but the patrons left a snarky note on top of it. Was it really necessary?
