Are your kids going to summer camp?

My parents were very lucky. My social life didn’t cost them a dime. I went out and played until 5:00, came home for dinner, then went back out until curfew.

Today, I hear stories of summer camps that cost thousands of dollars per child that run six to eight weeks! Luckily where I live one of the teachers is running a program at the school and it’s only costing me $375 per child from 9:00-1:00. If I want them to stay until 5:00, it's an additional $250.

There will be sports, arts, various special events and friends. The boys are looking forward to it! What I like about it is that it’s close to home and that they enjoy themselves. What are you doing with your children in the summer?
