BELLEVILLE — Police say they've caught a man who wore a fedora, a mask, and a neon-colored shirt during a burglary on Saturday.

Police have charged Jemaine Ramirez, 25, of Newark with burglary and theft after the break in on Eugene Place.

According to NJ.com, during Friday's burglary, the a man pulled a woman into another room early. The commotion woke the woman's son, who then alerted his grandfather, according to the report. At that time, police said, the man fled the scene.

Police said community members' "private residential security systems" helped them catch Ramirez.
