What you need to know about NJ Transit service on Wednesday
NEWARK — NJ Transit will increase service on Wednesday as clean-up from the snowstorm continues.
Rail service will operate on a Presdent's Day schedule, which the railroad said is "more robust" than the weekend schedule used on Tuesday. It will include service west of Dover on the Morris & Essex line and west of Bay Street on the Montclair-Boonton line.
There will be no service, however, west of Raritan and Lake Hopatcong.
The Northeast Corridor will bypass Jersey Avenue.
The Atlantic City line will operate on a regular weekday schedule.
Bus service, which was suspended statewide in anticipation of Tuesday's storm, will operate a regular weekday schedule. There could be delays in bus service north of Route 195 due to road conditions.
The Hudson-Bergen Light Rail, Newark Light Rail, RiverLINE and Access Link will operate on regular weekday schedules.
NJ Transit will cross-honor tickets systemwide and with PATH.
