Since being nominated to do the 22 Push-up Challenge, I've been getting friends like Vic Dibitetto, family, and you, the listeners involved.

What I wasn't expecting when I started this was that our dig Fluffy would want to join in. Watch what happened when my sons, Lennon and Albert, and I began day 11 of the 22 push-ups challenge.
