Watch an epic watercraft launch fail in Brigantine

The best laid schemes of mice and men go often askew.

It should have been nothing but a fun day when someone simply backed their truck up into the surf to launch a personal watercraft. Soon the Brigantine beach became one big photo op as the launch part went fine, but pulling the truck back onto dry sand became impossible. This video from Real Brigantine's Facebook shows what happened next.

The truck was stuck with tires no doubt sinking deeper into the wet muck with every forward attempt. Another truck had to come to the rescue and tow the guy out. If only that truck were as agile in the water as the waverunner.
