Was it really child porn, or do NJ laws need to change?

There is yet another case in New Jersey of prosecutors and law enforcement treating young teens like child pornographers.

Six teens were arrested after sharing a picture of a naked juvenile to one another. This is something that is going to haunt them for the rest of their lives.

Try and find a legislator who is willing to update the laws to keep pace with society and technology. There's nothing in it for them, except justice and reasonable governance - and we know that went out of style decades ago.
