Felix Lopez of Vineland must serve 85 percent of a 16-year sentence before he's eligible for parole, under terms imposed Friday in state Superior Court in Salem County.

The 30-year-old Lopez pleaded guilty last month to aggravated arson and employing a juvenile in the commission of a second-degree crime.

The fire at the Cumberland County prosecutor's office in Bridgeton was reported early on January 29, 2014. A fire was reported several hours earlier at the law office of Helmer, Conley and Kasselman in Vineland.

Lopez had been a client of the law firm.

No one was injured in either fire.

Two co-defendants have pleaded guilty.
