Trenton elementary teacher accused of inappropriately touching 9-year-old

TRENTON — An elementary school teacher is charged with inappropriately touching a 9-year-old female student on two occasions.

A detention hearing was scheduled Wednesday morning for Robert Ciaccia, 45, of Falls Township, Pennsylvania, who is a teacher at the Franklin Elementary School in Trenton.  He was arrested in Trenton by the Mercer County Sheriff's Office on Friday.

Police say the 4th-grade teacher touched the girl on the buttocks on both occasions.
